Cyber Toolkit has been designed from the ground up to be used by Managed Service Providers (MSPs) of all kinds. It offers an array of bulk management tools and dashboards to help an MSP use Cyber Toolkit to improve the cyber security of end-user organisations. No matter whether equipment is managed on site, in the cloud or using shared centralised equipment, Cyber Toolkit can help.
Customers can be rapidly added in bulk using their company registration numbers, school URNs and other unique identifiers. Once added, your customers can log in to a bespoke Cyber Toolkit branded portal and URL to access the large array of free tools at their disposal. As an MSP you will be able to log in and see Cyber Risk Scores and all data held for each customer on purposely designed dashboards. You will receive alerts when any customer has an issue that requires resolution.
End-users access the Cyber Toolkit portal to assess and update their data, as well as to view the reports and recommendations generated by the wide range of available tools. Cyber Toolkit is a fully customisable web portal that supports multiple themes. Managed Service Providers can easily implement custom themes through the portal’s settings, ensuring their customers experience a branded interface tailored to their organisation. This not only strengthens brand identity but also provides customers with a familiar and professional environment when they log in to use the system and view their reports.
Cyber Toolkit can also be made available via custom URLs, giving MSP customers access to a portal that features their company logo, colours, and branding elements.
Cyber Toolkit provides bulk management tools to help Managed Service Providers and Multi-Academy Trusts to upload and update the organisations which they manage. Cyber Toolkit also makes custom tools available to MSP users that are not available to end users. These include custom investigation tools that can be used to provide incident investigation services as well as more advanced phishing campaigns.
